Dear friends of followers of Whisky Talks

 

We are very sad to announce that it is after a very painstaking decision that we have decided due to several

challenging factors, that will not be continuing with Whisky Talks LTD and cancelling our remaining plans and events.

 

In 2023 we made a decision to host an event in Aberdeen to bring together the Scottish whisky industry and community, by hosting a series of panels with some amazing and influential guest speakers from whisky, hospitality, media and tourism.

 

The event was so successful, that we created and hosted a tour of four events around Scotland, through Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and back to where it all started in Aberdeen.   

 

We turned Whisky Talks into a LTD company, and had big plans for 2025, including a big flagship event in Edinburgh, as well

as a trip to Jerez and some other ideas.

 

335 attendees, 42 panelists, 25 panel discussions, several thousand drams and a few after-parties later, and we are

very proud of what we have accomplished.

 

We look back proudly at what we achieved, and we simply could not have done any of it without our industry friends,

sponsors, panelists, partner venues and vendors, attendees and all of you supporting and following our events and progress.

 

We will always champion and celebrate the whisky industry regardless of what our next endeavours look like, and for now
